This is kind of a strange question, but about 4 years ago a friend and I covered our hands in this lotion that schools use, the ones that make your hands glow under blacklight, so that we could decorate her wall. Ever since then my palms, my fingernails, and the tips of my fingers (pretty much every where the lotion touched) have been glowing. I washed my hands a ton that night as well. It doesn't really bother me or anything, it's just that it's literally been four years since then and they still glow so I'd like to know why. (Hers stopped after she washed her hands by the way). Also, I'm half black just in case that has something to do with it.

I went to a mineral exhibition, and my fingernails glowed under UV. i thought it might have been something i ate, or, more likely, that i had hand washed something recently with optically brightening laundry detergent. OR, as your question wonderfully brings up, it is natural amongst many humans!

You are probably exposed to another source of uv fluorescent material in you environment.
