There are magnetic products on the market to aid in relieving stress. In the process they help relieve pain in some instances. The reason pain is eliminated are the results of the magnetic force stimulating nerves to create a blood flow to swollen and injured areas. When blood gets to an area we do not have the swollen and painful situation. When blood is restricted we have swelling and pain. It is a normal reaction of our bodies letting us know of stress and injury.
Best of Luck.

Remind that earth itself is an electromagnet and we survive on that. Actually, blood contains haemoglobin which constitutes iron molecules. So magnet has, apparently, an effect on blood flow. In Indian myths, they will be telling like... sleeping with head towards north will affect the health. Scientifically, electromagnetic force of earth attracts our blood particles towards south. This is the reason. But the laminar flow of blod will not be affected as the iron constituent is very low.
