In the discussion, you need to write about what the results show.
You could remark on how big the improvements were, and maybe what the median result was. (although that would really be part of the results section)
Also, mention why some might improve and others get worse.
Did you have a control group who didn't exercise? How did they get on? (If you didn't have a control group, the results don't mean much.)
Of the 10 people were they from a range of backgrounds, shape/size/memory capability?
The conclusion is usually one or two sentences that summarise what you've said in the discussion. It should also link back to the original hypothesis about whether exercise improves, inhibits, or has no effect on memory.

The main terms of the discussion is to determine whether there is a relationship between the exercise of memory, or if the memory can be increased through exercise.
