It depends on whether they actually were blind from birth, then no they have no dreams, just fears, but blind after having seen, then yes it 's possible but not necessary that much of a deal since it could be limit to what they have seen!

Yes, my friend who was born blind says he dreams. Mostly it's different random "colors" and shapes. Since he uses his hands to feel out the shape of things, maybe he even correctly imagines real life things in his dreams.

Anything that has a brain can dream. When you dream you come up with random images. You don't need to have eyes or vision to see your dreams. Your brain process the thoughts. So you sort of sees your thoughts. Well its hard to explain.

Yes of course blind person can dream,the images can be of any shape or colours cause brain can think anything.

I've heard that blind people have dreams that are mostly made up of sounds and feelings. Their dreams tend to be much more realistic than those who can see.

Of course they can, have you ever listened to the quality of music by Blind artists? They possesses a dreamlike sound that captures a different level unlike the sighted....they compensate and can command other sensory abilities.....
