Factorials are the multiples of all numbers from the given number down to 1
eg, 4! = 4*3*2*1
The ratio of n! to (n-2)! is the ratio of n! to all of its numbers EXCEPT n, n-1.
eg, 4!: 2! = (4*3*2*1):(2*1) which simplifies to 4*3:1
