What time zone is the most behind?

I know the most ahead is New Zealand. But what time zone is most behind in time? :)

New Zealand is not the most ahead. The first time zone is UTC+14 hours, used by Kiribati Line Islands. Then comes UTC+13 used by New Zealand Tokelau, UTC+12:45 for New Zealand Chatham Islands, and then UTC+12 for the rest of New Zealand.



The last time zone is UTC - 12 hours, used for US Baker Island and Howland Island, and ships at sea between longitude 180° and longitude 172° 30′ West.

The most behind probably used to be Samoa (I'm not actually sure) however they are now the most ahead. They are two hours? perhaps one ahead of mainland New Zealand. Now I think Its Baker Island
