Yes, probably, because your saliva most likely contains mold spores which would germinate on the candy and grow into mold. How long would depend on temperature (warmer is better, up to about human body temperature - not hotter), and light (the less the better, darkness would be best).

unlikey... saliva is both acidic and contains enzymes like pepsin to break down food.... it is literally a weak digestive acid. Mold is unlikely, but nothing is impossible

The only enzyme saliva has is amylase, that digests starch. Mold spores would not likely be in your mouth. They are in the air and on foods. The pH of saliva ranges from 6.0 to 7.4, around neutral.
If mold spores are present, they would grow. Sugar tends to retard growth but they do grow on top of jellies.
